Standard Delivery: Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £35. For orders under £35, there will be a charge of £3.95. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery to arrive.

Premium Delivery: Opt for our premium delivery service at £6.95. Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Thursday typically arrive within 48 hours.

Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United Kingdom.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Naturally Ethical purchase. If, for any reason, you need to make a return, please keep the following in mind:

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

• The cost of returning items is your responsibility, except in cases of faulty or incorrect items. In such instances, please contact us to arrange the return.

• We kindly request that you retain proof of postage until we confirm the receipt of your return.
